1. Introduction

Welcome to Packer Move! By using our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before booking a move with us.

2. Services offered

Packer Move offers professional packing, moving and relocation services for private and commercial customers. The scope of services includes packing, loading, transporting, unloading and unpacking.

3. Booking & Payment

Customers must provide accurate details when booking our services.
A deposit may be required to confirm the booking.
Full payment must be made before or on completion of the move unless otherwise agreed.
Additional charges may apply for additional services or unforeseen circumstances.

4. Cancellations and removals

Cancellations made at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled move will receive a partial refund.
Last minute cancellations may incur a cancellation fee.
Rescheduling is subject to availability and must be requested at least 24 hours in advance.

5. Liability and compensation

Although we treat your belongings with the utmost care, Packer Move is not liable for damage caused by improper packing (if done by the customer), unforeseen accidents or natural disasters.
We recommend that our customers take out removal insurance for valuable or fragile items.
All claims for damages must be reported within 24 hours of completion of the move.

6. Prohibited items

For safety and legal reasons, we do not transport:

Hazardous materials, explosives or flammable substances.
Perishable food or live animals.
Valuable documents, cash or jewellery.

7. Responsibilities of the customer

The customer must ensure that all items are packed and ready for the planned move.
Adequate access to the property (lifts, car parking etc.) should be arranged in advance.
Any delay caused by the customer may result in additional charges.

8. Privacy

We value your privacy. Any personal information you provide to us during the booking process will be used solely for service purposes and will not be shared with third parties.

9. Modifications

Packer Move reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time. Updated terms and conditions will be published on our website.
